  If you can’t find the product you’re looking for on our website, no problem! We will purchase it for you from other online stores in the EU, have it delivered to Vassori, and then send it to you wherever you are.
• Service Fee
  We charge a 15% service fee based on the total value of the product. Please note that the minimum service fee is €30.
• Card Processing Fee
  There is an additional 5% card processing fee, which applies to the total cost (product price + service fee + shipping).
• Product Inspection
  When we receive the product at Vassori, we carefully inspect it to ensure everything is in perfect condition before shipping it to you.
• Requesting the Service
  Simply fill out the form below with the details of the product you want. Within 48 hours, we will send you a complete quote including the product cost, service fee, card fee, and shipping.
• Payment and Shipping
  Once you approve the quote, we will send you a secure payment link. After payment is made, we will handle the entire process, ensuring the product arrives safely at your doorstep.
