Purchases and Payments
We accept credit/debit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express) and PayPal. Other methods may be available depending on your country.

- For customers in the European Union: Yes, VAT is included in the price, and you should not have to pay any additional taxes upon delivery.

Delivery times vary depending on the destination:
- Europe: 5 to 10 business days.
- Other countries: 7 to 15 business days.
All orders are shipped using reliable carriers such as DHL, UPS, or FedEx. The choice of carrier is determined based on logistics and quality considerations to ensure the best delivery experience for each destination.
You will receive an email with a tracking number as soon as your order is shipped.
- If you're in the European Union, VAT is already included in the final price, so you won't pay any extra customs duties or taxes at delivery.

Returns and Exchanges
- Customers within the European Union: You have up to 14 days after receipt to request a return, in accordance with EU regulations.
- Customers outside the European Union: Unfortunately, we do not accept international returns, except in cases of defects.

If your product has defects or damage, send us a photo and a description of the issue within 7 days of receipt. We will review the case and find the best solution for you.

Personal Shopper Service
Our Personal Shopper Service is here to help you find luxury items not listed on our website. Whether it’s a rare handbag or a sold-out accessory, we source it for you from trusted third-party sellers within the European Union, inspect it for quality at our headquarters, and then ship it directly to you.
We charge a 15% service fee based on the item’s price (with a minimum of €30), plus a 5% card processing fee, calculated on the total cost (product price, service fee, shipping and insurance, if requested). You’ll receive a clear, all-inclusive quote before you commit, no hidden surprises.

It’s easy and fast! Just fill out our request form with the product details, then within 48 hours, we’ll get back to you with a complete quote. If you’re happy with the quote, we’ll send you a secure payment link. Once payment is received, we handle the purchase, quality inspection, and shipping.
Due to the personalized nature of this service, returns and refunds are not accepted. The product is sourced from a third-party seller specifically chosen and approved by you. We inspect it for condition, but Vassori cannot guarantee product warranties or be held responsible for manufacturer quality.
